Veselin Jevrosimović (43)

President, ComTrade Group
Mr Jevrosimović has been ComTrade Group's sole owner and president since 1996, and expanded ComTrade from a single distribution company in Serbia to the largest IT Group in South-East Europe. From 1991-1996, Mr Jevrosimović was a managing partner for CHS (Computer Hardware and Software), which was one of the major international IT distributors in the 1990s.

His vision and charisma provided the driving force for the development of ComTrade Group, granting him unlimited respect inside the company, as well as recognition in the industry circles worldwide. He fluently speaks Serbian, English and German, adding up to his communication skills that he uses extensively when acting as key negotiator for the top-level jobs.

Branislav Đurić (35)

Chief Executive Officer, ComTrade Group
Mr. Djurić joined the company more than 14 years ago, and has been the CEO of ComTrade Group since 2003. He achieved sales growth of almost five-fold in 5 years, expansions into new markets and business lines, and drove the preparation for capital raising. From 1998-2003, Mr. Đurić was the General Manager of CT Computers, the largest ComTrade Group subsidiary. Prior to that, he was the Sales Manager of ComTrade.

In-depth knowledge of IT industry and understanding of the future trends he possesses are streghts noone can deny, but it is really his calmness and great personality that make him a popular and inspiring leader. When in doubt, there is simply no better person to ask for advice then Bata Đurić. He speaks Serbian and English.

Aleksandar Maraš (33)

Chief Financial Officer, ComTrade Group
Mr. Maraš joined ComTrade Group as the CFO in June 2006. Mr Maraš was recruited from Raiffeisenbank Belgrade, where he held various roles between 2001 to 2006, such as acting head of corporate relationship management in charge of large Serbian companies; deputy head in corporate banking; and senior account manager in charge of large Serbian companies. Between 1999-2001, Mr. Maraš was in charge of founding a private equity fund in Montenegro for Atlas Bank Belgrade (recently taken over by the Greek Piraeus Bank). His early career was with Delta MC Group, a subsidiary of Delta Holding Belgrade, as an assistant to the CFO.

Mr. Maraš (or Sale, as he is known among collegues) graduated from the Russian Academy of Economics in Moscow in 1997. He brings fresh perspective from other industries and helps ComTrade overcome the limitations of IT-oriented thinking. He is capable of using Serbian, English and Russian language with accuracy.

Vojislav Genić (42)

Vice President for Solutions, ComTrade Group
Mr. Genić joined ComTrade Group in 1997 as IBM product manager. He held various positions in the sales department and in 1999 he moved to Montenegro to setup ComTrades new company (Tradecom) there. He was managing this company for four years, bringing it from a new startup to the leading position in the local market. In 2003 he took over the management of Spinnaker, the first ComTrade Groups IT solutions company. In 2006 he was promoted to the position of the VP for IT solutions of whole ComTrade Group, leading the regional development of this business line, crucial for the future of ComTrade Group.

As a veteran of many different battles, he perfectly balances between form and content, creativity and sales, procedures and innovation. Mr. Genić graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Sciences of Belgrade University and speaks Serbian and English.

Časlav Grujički (40)

Vice President for Distribution, ComTrade Group
Mr. Grujički joined ComTrade Group in 2000 as Xerox product manager. In 2002 he became the Sales Manager of CT Computers, and in the following year he was promoted to the position of General Manager. In 2006 he moved to the position of the VP for Distribution of the entire ComTrade Group, leading the Group’s wide expansion of this business line.

He is often regarded as sales wizard who knows the market well, can unlock the minds of consumers at will and finds perfect ways to motivate both employees and sub-distributors, but he nonetheless prefers maintaining relatively low profile. Mr. Grujički graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Sciences of Belgrade University. Fluently speaks Serbian and English.
