New Technology considers that sales do not imply an end, but on the contrary, a beginning of customer relationships, thus devoting essential attention in acknowledging who should a customer address to, in a case of ambiguity, technical problem or reclamation.

A majority of products New Technology offers are delivered including one or more years of warranty. If a reclaimed product is under warranty, all expenses are covered by New Technology, however, even if the warranty has expired, an assistance of the authorized service can be of great help since the stuff is exceptionally familiar with the products and always has reserve components on-hand. Another crucial characteristic is the full coverage of entire Croatia as a market – none of the user thus far, has been too far from the nearest New Technology's service point.
