Software Engineering Center implements continual Software Process Improvement program on organization level based on ISO 15504 (SPICE) and CMMI-SW principles, through software process improvement projects. That provides sustained quality of future project implementation. Because of this process, ComTrade is able to effectively manage the complexity of development projects.

We use all standard tracking tools and techniques in order to document and monitor all phases from design through implementation to support. Testing processes, as part of QA, are implemented throughout the complete project lifecycle. These include unit, integration, system and acceptance tests, documented and tracked with standard tools and techniques.
